My first born has found someone he loves more than me! God is Good! Is that not what you pray for! It has always been my prayer for my boys to love and serve the Lord with all their hearts. In addition, to find someone to share their love for the Lord, as well as their life and someone that will love them as much as Rob and I do. Praise God for answered prayers! Jacob has found that Love in Melinda.
We could not be more happy for them! Jacob made the most precious hardbound book telling the story of their meeting and falling in love. It was so fun for me to watch as he picked each picture and wrote each page with such love and excitement. He gave her the book yesterday, February 8th, at a lovely park in San Marino. On the last page of the book he ends the love story with, "Will you Marry Me?" And of course she said, "YES!"
They would like to get married this summer so I'm sure there will be many details to come in the next few months. Stay tuned.......
